HORTY REWARDS

Checking your Horty Points and spending them is easy. You just need to be logged in to your Hortology account.

Simply click the Horty Rewards button in the bottom corner of the website.

If you are already logged in to your Hortology account you will see your available rewards or if you are not logged in you can click the sign in link to access your Hortology account then go back to Hortology Rewards.

If you do not have a Hortology account we will still be keeping track of Horty Points you have earned as a guest. You can click the Join Now button to set up a Hortology account and become a member of the program to see and redeem your Horty Rewards.

ACCESS YOUR HORTY REWARDS

Every time you shop at Hortology we will give you Horty Points based on the amount you spend.

TRIPLE POINTS FOR MAX HORTY REWARDS

For every £1 spent you will currently earn 9 Horty Points, instead of our normal rate of 3 Horty Points for each £1 spent (limited time offer).

(please note: we don't give Horty Points for delivery costs or purchasing gift cards).

EARN HORTY POINTS

You can earn Horty Points for telling friends and family about Hortology.

Simply sign in then copy and share your exclusive referral link, via email, sms or your favourite messaging app and they will receive a voucher for £10 off (minimum spend £50).

For each person that makes a purchase we will give you 750 Horty Points worth £10 off your next order (minimum spend £50).

Birthday Treats

Tell us when your birthday is and we'll give you an extra 100 Horty Points as a little something for you to celebrate the day. (please note: your birthday date submission must be at least 30 days after the current date to be valid).

EARN HORTY POINTS

You can choose to spend your Horty Points at anytime provided you have a minimum balance of 100 Horty Points. (Points are redeemed in 100 Horty Point increments).

For every 100 Horty Points you choose to redeem, you save £1 off your purchase (up to 10,000 points per purchase and applied as a unique discount voucher).

If you collect enough Horty Points you can access extra rewards as follows:

• 500 Horty Points get £6 off your purchase
• 750 Horty Points get £10 off your purchase
• 1,000 Horty Points get Free Delivery up to £15 cost
• 1,500 Horty Points get 5% off your purchase

SPEND YOUR HORTY POINTS

(Please note: Horty Points expire 2 years after they are awarded).

We reward everyone who shops at Hortology with Horty Points but if it's not for you then you can easily opt out in the following ways:

• Manage your email preferences through the link on our Horty Rewards transactional emails. You can choose to not receive any updates about your Horty Rewards but we'll keep them available should you ever decide to sign in and take a peek or want to spend them in the future.
• Drop us a line on our contact form and we will exclude you from the Horty Rewards Programme and remove any Horty Points balances you may have earned.
