Horty Rewards

Horty Rewards is our loyalty programme that lets you earn Horty Points every time you shop or share.

You can then redeem your points for discounts on future orders or access exclusive offers. It's our way of saying thank you for growing with us.

Simply create a Hortology account. You’ll automatically start earning points whenever you shop or share, there’s no separate sign-up required.

Join Horty Rewards

No, Horty Rewards is completely free to join.

Horty Rewards is only available to individual customers. Business customers are not eligible for the programme.

You’ll earn 10 Horty Points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases. You can also collect points for sharing and referring friends (please note: we don't give Horty Points for delivery costs or purchasing gift cards).

Horty Points are approved for use once your order has been dispatched. If your order is refunded or cancelled, those points will be cancelled.

Points can have the following statuses:

Approved: Points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.

Pending: Points need to be verified before use. e.g. orders awaiting dispatch or referrals.

Cancelled: Points not added to your account. e.g. cancelled orders.

You’ll still earn Horty Points even if you’re not logged in - but you’ll need to create or sign in to your account to redeem your points for rewards.

Join/Sign In To Horty Rewards

Click the Horty Rewards button in the bottom right corner of our website, or log in to your account. From there, you can see your balance, redeem points, and access your rewards.

Redeem Your Horty Points

You can redeem 200 Horty Points for a £1 discount. For example, 2,000 points equals £10 off your next order.

Yes, you can redeem up to 10,000 points (£50 discount) in a single transaction.

Not directly. You’ll first need to redeem your points for a discount code, then apply that code at checkout.

Discount codes created from Horty Points are valid for 1 year from the date they’re issued.

Yes, Horty Points remain valid for 2 years from the date they were earned. We’ll remind you before they expire so you can put them to good use.

If you return an order or it’s cancelled, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

Share your exclusive referral link with friends and family. They’ll receive £5 off their first order (minimum spend £50), and when they complete their purchase, you’ll also receive a £5 discount to use on your next order.
