Croton Iceton is a stunningly beautiful foliage plant with fantastic leaf colour and variegation. The mid-green leaves are glossy with pointed tips and each have a vivid splash of red, pink, yellow or orange. Highly ornamental, it could almost be considered a work of art. Codiaeum Iceton is a definite eye-catcher and looks stunning in taller planters.
Please note: These plants will drop leaves if they are unhappy. This might also occur post transit, whilst your plant settles into its new environment.
Horty Hints
Little and Often! If you notice rapid leaf drop, your plant is not happy with its watering. Try to keep the soil consistently moist, but not soggy.
Wipe leaves with a damp cloth to remove accumulated dust. Do not use leaf shine as this will damage the foliage. Cut back to size if they become too tall.
If you're still noticing leaf drop after changing up your watering schedule, your Croton might be feeling a little chilly! Consider relocating to a warmer, more humid spot like the bathroom or kitchen.
