Simply stunning foliage, the leaves of the Alocasia amazonica Bambino Arrow are narrow with bright veins. It has a very similar appearance to Alocasia amazonica Polly, but is smaller and is also known as Jewel Alocasia.
This is a compact Alocasia ideal for table tops and shelves. The leaf blades are typically 15-18cm long and about 5cm wide with a dark purple underside.
Horty Hints
Time to get steamy! If your Alocasia is looking a little wilted, pop it in the bathroom to soak up those raised humidity levels.
Beware the burn! Avoid placing your Alocasia in direct sunlight as this can cause the leaves to scorch.
Alocasia have a dormant period where leaves will fade and die so do not be alarmed when this happens. During this period, the plants will require less water, so simply moisten the soil from time-to-time.
